Nato il 20 ottobre 1961. Laurea in Economia Aziendale (1985) e Dottorato di Ricerca (1990) in Economia Aziendale presso l'Università Ca'Foscari. MBA (SM'90), Sloan School of Management M.I.T.

Curriculum Accademico

Professore Ordinario di Organizzazione Aziendale. Ha insegnato presso l'Università di Padova e di Venezia. Ha tenuto visiting positions presso l'Industrial Performance Center del M.I.T., la School of Management dell'University of Michigan, Dearborn e la Universidad Deusto, San Sebastian.

Riconoscimenti internazionali: Distinguished track paper, Quality Management and Lean Operations track, Decision Science Institute Annual Meeting, San Francisco 2012 (con F.Gerli). The Chris Voss Best Paper Award Honourable Mention per la European Operations Management Association-EUROMA Annual Conference, organizzato da INSEAD, Fointainebleau (con A.Furlan, P.Romano e A.Vinelli), 2004. Best Paper Award per la Knowledge and Learning Section della British Academy of Management Annual Conference, organizzato da Middlesex University, Londra (con F.Gerli).
