Biographical note
Olga Annushkina is Associate Professor of Practice of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at SDA Bocconi School of Management and contract professor at Department of Management and Technology, L.Bocconi University. Her collaboration with SDA Bocconi School of Management began in 2003. At SDA Bocconi she runs numerous executive education courses on strategic management, internationalization strategy and scenario planning for firms operating in energy, electronics, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods financial and for financial institutions. Her research focuses on international business, emerging markets, differentiation strategy in global context and strategic decision making. Her research was published in Economia & Management, Critical Perspectives on International Business, European Journal of International Management, International Finance Review. She was a SDA Bocconi coordinator for Italy for the Global Competitiveness Report by World Economic Forum (2004-07), Aspen Junior Fellow (2007-10), Visiting Professor at the Graduate School of Business Administration of Moscow State University (Russia), Munich Business School (Germany), Zurich University (Switzerland), Vlerick Business School (Belgium). She is a winner of seven awards for excellence and innovation in teaching and in research. Before becoming a faculty member of SDA Bocconi, she worked for several leading management consulting companies, including KPMG, Value Partners and Bain & Co. She earned her MSc in Finance and a Ph.D. In Management from the Moscow State University (Russia) and an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management.
