FEDERICO GHEZZI

I am a professor of business law and competition law at Bocconi University. I have a background in economics (graduate degree in Economics and Social Sciences). My main research areas are competition law and policy, competition enforcement, and whatever can be placed between competition and corporate governance. 

I am currently researching on a bunch of different topics: the ECN+ Directive transposition in Italy; Interlocking directorates; Loyalty and multiple voting shares; protectionism in antitrust. Some of the papers I’m writing on these topics are going to be published by Rivista delle società and Journal of Competition Law and Economics.

My dream is to finally be able to study and hopefully write on the goals of antitrust law and in particular of merger control.
