Biographical note
I am a Professor of Economics at Bocconi University since 2015. I am also a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR), at the European Corporate Governance Institute and at the Innocenzo Gasparini Institute for Economic Research (IGIER). Prior to joining Bocconi, I was a Professor at the University of Bologna, a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at IDEI (Toulouse) and a Visiting Lecturer at the the Department of Economics at University College London. I have also taught Corporate Finance (PhD) at Università della Svizzera Italiana (Lugano)
I defended my PhD in Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
