ERIKA DESERRANNO

I am an Associate Professor of Economics at Bocconi University and a research affiliate at BREAD, CEPR, J-PAL, IGC, and IPA. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from the London School of Economics and was previously an Associate Professor at the Kellogg School of Management. My research lies at the intersection of development and personnel economics, focusing on issues related to the selection, recruitment, and motivation of workers in both private and public organizations.
